Through this engaging presentation, the audience will learn about:

  • Self-Leadership > Before we can lead others, we need to first lead ourselves
  • Move > We were born to move and movement generates energy
  • Reflect > Training self-awareness and metacognition are important skills for our Wellbeing
  • Connect > The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives

Speaker Bio:

Brett Burton played 177 AFL games for the Adelaide Crows, earning the nickname “The Birdman”, and won Mark of the Year after reconstructing his knee at 31. He spent a decade leading high-performance programs before being appointed Head of Football at Adelaide — where a Grand Final appearance was followed by a very public sacking.

That fall became the foundation for everything he does now. Brett rebuilt himself using evidence-based wellbeing science and now teaches individuals and organisations the ‘Built to Perform’ framework he used to come back. He’s not a motivational speaker. He’s a recovery architect.
